Job Description

In this role, you will:
- Review email and databases to confirm delivery of goods
- Match these deliveries with payments received
- Flag issues in delivery and alert payments team
- Identify and flag potential fraud issues
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a High School Diploma, Bachelor's/ College Degree, any field
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Detail oriented and process driven
- Willingness to work flexible hours when required
- Strong personal and customer service abilities
- Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specialising in Customer Service or equivalent
