Job Description
- Petty Cash - processes of requests, enters them into the petty cash spreadsheet, follows up liquidation, uploads receipts, enters journals in Netsuite, reconciles balance, monitors the balance, processes replenishment, files petty cash vouchers and supporting documents.
- Check Vouchers – preparation, follow up liquidation, filing of documents.
- Accounts Payable – receives vendor invoices, enters them in the AP spreadsheet, follow up receipts.
- Assists auditors by providing supporting documents during the audit.
- Prepares of loose-leaf books of accounts for submission to BIR.
- Assists in the preparation of tax returns.
- Processes PEZA form 8105.
- Other tasks as may be assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or equivalent.
- Experience in the related field is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and planning skills.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Excellent computer skills, including Excel & Google Docs.
- Excellent me-management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Strong listening skills.
