Job Description
- Screen and process Know Your Customer (KYC) verification requests according to Freelancer.com's KYC Program
- Review and process Limit Account verification requests according to the Fraud Division's Sanctioning Policy guidelines
- Check and process Secure Phone Number Change verification requests
- Confirm and resolve specific security-related concerns
- Answer and resolve escalated cases regarding verification-related issues
- Review and answer verification-related emails from Users
- Educate Users regarding the Site's Terms and Conditions
- Analyze data and identify areas for improvement in the team's processes
- Uphold and enforce the Site's Terms and Conditions, Code of Conduct, and Privacy Policy with respect to the welfare of Freelancer.com users and the company
Minimum Qualifications
- Has at least one to two (1-2) years of verification-related work experience
- Has excellent typing and computer usage skills
- Has effective interpersonal and communication skills
- A quick learner and a keen observer
- Loves to research, investigate, analyze and apply logical thinking
- A team player who values good team work and high team spirit
- Amenable to rotating shifts and rest days
