Job Description
- Develop, implement, control, and monitor effective procedural guidelines pertinent to recruitment and selection.
- Perform deployment and placement to ensure sufficient supply of manpower requirement throughout the production process.
- Administer, control, and monitor personnel administration of the Human Resources and Development Department on program areas related to the following:
- Benefits administration.
- Compensation administration.
- Training and development.
- External affairs.
- Legal matters.
- General services administration.
Minimum Qualifications
- At least a graduate of Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Laws, or any Management related course.
- At least 5 years in Human Resources Department.
- Computer Literate.
- Good communication skills in English, both oral and written.
Other qualifications:
- Training & Vocational:
- Supervisory / Management.
- Training for Trainers.
- Updates on Labor Law, Taxation, and Payroll administration.
- Physical / Mental Demands:
- Physically and mentally healthy to work under load / time pressure.
- Physically fit to have frequent out-of-town travel.
