Job Description
- Accept case report with the approval of the Corporate HRD Head.
- Process invitation letter for investigation of security department.
- Prepare for case committee meeting, including setting the schedule and reservation of meeting room.
- Gather all statements / documents for the meeting.
- Facilitate weekly case committee meeting and take minutes.
- Read all statements.
- Prepare weekly case committee report to be submitted for weekly executive committee meeting.
- Update weekly case committee monitoring (excel).
- Send copy of updated monitoring to all members.
- Monitor pending cases.
- Gather documents / data needed if ever there’s for further investigation cases.
- Prepare memo base on executive committee meeting results (Written Warning/ Suspension/Termination/Appeal).
- Issuance of Final Verdict
- Update filings of all cases and maintain its confidentiality.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology or equivalent;
- At least 1 year experience handling labor/employee relations is preferred;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Multitasking ability;
- Analytical and organizational skills;
- Willing to work in Northbay Blvd, Navotas City
