Job Description
- Develop a well planned line up of field schedule for drivers and helpers earlier than expected time
- Record and monitor the status of field schedules per day including but not limited to the status pull out items, supplies and equipment
- Coordinate with authorized employees who requested for schedule in a desirable manner
- Prepare delivery receipts and other necessary documents for deliveries
- Uploading and formatting of vehicle memory cards
- Efficiently perform the administrative tasks to be assigned to her
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must be a Bachelor's Degree holder in any of the following Office Management, Operations Management, Office Administration, Business Management or any related courses
- Excellent time management skills and has the ability to multitask and prioritize work.
- Strong attention to detail and decision making skills
- Amiable and cordial in coordinating with workmates
- Dependable in meeting the needs of the department
- Sound knowledge of field processes and preferably has background in navigating through Google Maps
- Outstanding organizational and investigative abilities
- Capacity to perform duties diligently, particularly during stressful periods
