Job Description

Provides customer service and support by answering queries of customers.

Gathers customer information, assess, and fulfill customers' needs.

Resolves customers' issues via one call resolution guidelines and/or escalated process.
Minimum Qualifications
- College graduate or 2-year graduate / undergraduate.
- Preferrably with BPO experience.
- With medical experience is a plus
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
- Willing to work graveyard / shifting schedules.
- Willing to work in Iloilo city.
