Job Description
- Professionally handle high volume incoming inquiries from customers, clients. products, and service.
- Thoroughly and efficiently gather customer information, assess, and fulfill customers' needs.
- Educate customers where applicable regarding products and services listed above.
- Resolve customers' issues via one call resolution guidelines and/or escalated process.
- Meet or exceed company and client performance metrics.
- Maintain a balance between company policy and customers' benefit in decision making.
- Continuously evaluate and identify opportunities to drive process improvements that positively impact our client and its customers.
- Be responsible for call disposition or compiling and generating reports as required.
Minimum Qualifications
- Good English communication skills.
- Call Center Agent Level.
- Fluent in 2 or more languages (except Tagalog/Filipino).
- Knowledgable of the duties and responsibilities of a call center agent
- Can start ASAP.
- Amenable to shifting / graveyard / weekend work-schedule.
- Wlling to work as a Call Center Agent.
- A resident of the Philippines
