Job Description
Fortexe Consulting, Philippines is recruiting on behalf of one of the fastest growing BPO companies in the Philippines. They are focused on delivering outstanding customer experience, consistently and efficiently.
Responsibilities of a New Hire Training Manager:
- In-charge of managing near hire foundation skills training
- Monitoring and maintaining desired throughput and pass rates
- Scoping, analysis, and design of near hire training framework, content, and assessments
- Partnering with talent acquisition in coordination of near hire training classes and re-assessment
Minimum Qualifications
- At least 2 years’ experience as a Training Manager in a BPO setting
- Has background in managing Communications training programs for multi- regional English Speaking campaigns
- Quality Background preferred
- Preferably Assistant Manager / Managers specializing in Training & Development or equivalent.
- Must be willing to work in Bacolod City
