Formula Oil Corporation is into local trading of Automotive Diesel Oil, It was incorporated in February 24, 2004, headed by Mr. Michael W. Cordova; President CEO. FOC started its operation in 2004, initially under Goldenlights Philippines Inc. (GPI), a sister company that is into retail of consumable goods. The growing number of its clientele prompted the incorporation of Formula Oil Corporation (FOC), now a separate entity. This gives the management of FOC ample room for organizational expansion, to address the increasing market base. The Company started its operations as re-seller of petroleum products: Diesel, Gasoline and Kerosene from other companies like Shell, Petron and Caltex with average volume of fuel disposed of 42 Million Liters during the first year of operation. This figure has doubled after a year of its operations, reflecting a volume of 31.5 Million Liters sold in the first two quarters alone. Not to mention the services the company has offered to various Industrial, Manufacturing Companies including independent gasoline stations. Our company is now divided intoTwo major operating groups: Depot and Logistics, along with our subsidiary, Platinum Petroleum Corporation and under this is Global Oil Hauz with 9 gasoline stations within Metro Manila and nearby Provinces. Further to this, we have expanded our operations through direct connections from importers abroad.
