Job Description
- Responsible for the effective implementation of the company's recruitment, selection and placement program
- Ensures that the most qualified applicant for the position is hired.
- Processes personnel requisitions and monitoring employee contracts.
Minimum Qualifications
- Must be a college degree holder, preferably graduate of Psychology
- With at least 3 years relevant experience, preferably gained from a BPO and/or manufacturing company
- With exposure in sourcing and recruiting applicants outside NCR.
- Must have an above average communication skills
