foodpanda (small ‘f’) is the world’s favorite way to order food online from the comfort of your home or office. Whether it’s getting your hands on your favorite pasta, kebab or pizza, we believe that no one should have to suffer from hunger attacks ever again.

However, this doesn’t happen without some really awesome people. We are looking for a Fleet Supervisor to join our operations team for Makati, Manila.

As our Fleet Supervisor, you will be responsible for setting up and optimizing processes, while running the day to day operations of the business:

Role Description

  • Lead a rider fleet – oversee the management of 200+ riders
  • Analytics – Analyze and track KPIs to improve rider performance and compliance, and take customer experience to the next level!
  • Strategy – Proactively propose new strategies, plan and set a timeline for execution
  • Ensure proper supply/demand match, whilst maintaining target Service Levels
  • Optimize operations through innovation and process development.
  • Supervise the day-to-day work of operations support staff.
  • Review, refine and document processes and best practice
  • Solve tricky escalations and crisis situations
  • To manage a day to day operation of the contact centre
  • To initiate and manage weekly 1:1, team huddle and team meetings effectively
  • To manage resources, planning and implementing
  • Contact centre strategies effectively
  • Leading a team in handling Customer Service Ensuring all tickets are solved within SLAs

Minimum Qualifications

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Logistic/Transportation or equivalent.
  • Preferably 1-4 yrs. Experienced Employee specialized in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent.
  • Must be keen to details, very proactive and could lead independent projects.
  • Must have a background and experience in managing a fleet of riders, people management, and Food Delivery.
  • With strong leadership and communication skills, can work independently and reliable
  • At ease with juggling more than one task at any given time, able to work with diligence at speed
  • Process oriented and data-driven, possess advanced analytical and excel skills
  • Proficient English speaker, good listening skills
  • Ability to motivate and coach agents/Shift Lead
  • Problem-solving skills in handling complaints effectively and efficiently Familiar with Zopim and Zendesk
  • Approachable personality with people handling skills
  • Experienced managing a team of 15-20 headcounts Experience in reporting using Microsoft Excel or Google Sheet is an added advantage
  • Experience in Zopim/Zendesk is an added advantage
  • Able to work on shifts, weekends and Public holidays Willing to take on additional task assign Reliable, punctual and motivated
