Asset Management Assistant

However, this doesn’t happen without some really awesome people. We are looking for an Asset Management Assistant to join our growing team in Makati, Manila! This role will allow you to own process and asset management, vendor evaluation and inventory.

Role Description

• Report directly to Internal Audit/Finance Department
• Work closely with Operations Manager to release and manage assets
• Handle asset management and stock-keeping in a timely manner
• Oversee external suppliers and operations peer evaluation
• Complete weekly or monthly inventory of company’s assets
• Update reports on current stocks available
• Flag and procure stocks in a timely manner to avoid shortages
• Recover assets released from resigned/AWOL riders

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in assets management and procurement
• Effective verbal, listening and written communication skills
• Effective planning, organizational, stress and time management skills
• Needs to be physically fit to be able to transfer stocks from warehouse to stockroom
• Ability to work independently or as a team member
• Can start immediately
