foodpanda (small ‘f’) is the world’s favourite way to order food online from the comfort of your home or office. Whether it’s getting your hands on your favourite pasta, kebab or pizza, we believe that no one should have to suffer from hunger attacks ever again.

However, this doesn’t happen without some really awesome people. We are looking for an Onboarding Specialist to join our growing team in Makati, Manila!

Role Description

• Provide excellent onboarding training to the newly signed up foodpanda partners, either face-to-face or over the phone on the foodpanda order acceptance process. Additionally, to conduct test orders to ensure that the said onboarding was effective.
• Assist with the preparation for external face-to-face meetings of the Account Management and Partner Care Teams, including furnishing of the onboarding training manual tailored-fit for a specific partner.
• Work closely and proactively with the Sales, Account Management and Content Teams in ensuring all tasks and requirements are both accurate and conducted in a timely way.
• Coordinate with the IT Department in line with the gadget inventory management.
• This position is under the Account Management Department, not Human Resources

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
• Has a keen eye for detail and can juggle multiple tasks effectively
• At least 1 year(s) of working experience specializing in Partner Care or equivalent is a plus
• Open to fresh graduates
• Possesses a driven, self-motivated, and team-oriented attitude.
• Enjoys getting along with people from different backgrounds
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fluency in both English and Tagalog
• Can work well under pressure
• Flexible in regards to working hours.
• Can start immediately
