foodpanda (small ‘f’) is the world’s favourite way to order food online from the comfort of your home or office. Whether it’s getting your hands on your favourite pasta, kebab or pizza, we believe that no one should have to suffer from hunger attacks ever again.

However, this doesn’t happen without some really awesome people. We are looking for a Content Specialist to join our growing team in Makati, Manila!

Role Description

• Create and encode updates on the platform such as the menu, interface, and other relevant information.
• Create the backend accounts for the newly signed up foodpanda partners and/or existing partners.
• Work closely and proactively with the Sales, Account Management, and Content Teams in ensuring all tasks and requirements are both accurate and conducted in a timely way.
• Back Office Content Management is involved with the technical side of our websites rather than article writing and content writing etc. It is part of the Account Management Department - not the Marketing Department.

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in any field
• Tech savvy, and has a keen eye for detail and can juggle multiple tasks effectively
• At least 1 year(s) of working experience, specializing in Content Management or Website Encoding or equivalent is a plus
• Possesses a driven, self-motivated, and team-oriented attitude
• Enjoys getting along with people from different backgrounds
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fluency in both English and Tagalog
• Can work well under pressure
• Flexible in regards to working hours
• Open to working six days per week
• Can start immediately
