What's on the menu to do:

Treasury

• Processes payments in relation to the items below:
• Third party suppliers
• Employer share of government contributions such as SSS, PhilHealth and HDMF premiums and loan contributions
• Bureau of customs’ taxes and duties
• Lease payments, usually in the form of post dated cheques
• Posts and ensures accuracy of disbursement entries made in the Company’s accounting system (SAP)
• Organizes, files and ensures completeness of filing of invoices and other documents processed for recordkeeping
• Processes COD customer refunds, monitors success rates per processing, and ensures timely payment and resolution of unsuccessful refunds
• POC in Finance for COD customer related refunds
• Other Treasury activities as may be required

What do you bring to the table?

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in Accountancy
• Minimum of two years of treasury operations experience
• Well-equipped to use Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel (v-lookups, sum-ifs, pivot tables etc.)
• Knowledge of accounting software packages, high preference for SAP
• Effective verbal, listening and written communication skills
• Effective planning, organizational, stress and time management skills
• Demonstrates a sense of urgency and ability to meet deadlines
• High degree of accuracy, attention to detail and confidentiality
• Can start immediately
