Job Description

  • In this role, you will be empowered to accommodate our clients, partners, and customers with high level of professionalism, courtesy and accountability
  • You are expected to deliver service excellence and maximize customer satisfaction
  • Ensuring that all the orders are properly prioritized, documented, tracked, and fulfilled
  • Work with the external team to stay updated on product and service knowledge
  • Collaborate and partner with the Supervisor managing the overall performance of the assigned subgroup within foodpanda’s customer service team in delivering key performance indicators in the following areas: Quantity of Work, Quality of Work, and Customer Impacting metrics
  • Being able to identify gaps or opportunities and be able to present solutions or actions via projects or process improvements
  • You will cross collaborate with internal and external teams while handling the needs of the customer to provide excellent customer service in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with Inter-department resources to fulfill or address issues and challenges within the customer service environment
  • Identify opportunities and recommendations for continuous process improvement

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline
  • 2-3 years relevant contact center experience preferably in reservations sales accounts
  • Strong Written and Verbal communication skills (English and Filipino)
  • Understanding of Service Level - KPI, Customer Satisfaction and Net Promoter Score
  • Intermediate knowledge in using Microsoft Office and/or GSuite Applications
  • Intermediate skills in Presentation or reporting
  • Strong understanding of teamwork
