We’re looking for a highly-driven and motivated Procurement Associate to join our Finance Team!

What’s on the menu for you to do:

• You will help Finance and Procurement function but not limited to Expansion, New Verticals and Operations in managing the supply chain, focusing on sourcing, asset inventory management, warehousing and distribution
• You will be overseeing supplier pre-qualification and accreditation
• You will work cross-functionally with other teams, to ensure seamless bidding and negotiations
• You will be responsible for procurement system and expense monitoring and ensuring compliance to our digital procurement system
• Execute appropriate procurement processes and policies are in place
• Other tasks that may be assigned by the Procurement Manager

What do you bring to the table?

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, Statistics, Information Technology, Management or equivalent
• 2-3 years Experience in Procurement, Supply Chain Management or Category Management
• Minimum of 2-3 years in a fast-paced business environment
• SAP / Procurify know-how, as well as implementation capabilities, is an advantage
• Relevant experience in optimizing procurement processes
• Strong analytical skills to ensure both short- and long-term business goals, objectives, and targets are met
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Strong communication skills in English and Filipino
