However, this doesn’t happen without some really awesome people making it happen. As of that, we are looking for a Rider Support Specialist to work in our Philippines team. You will be responsible for providing support and assistance to our Rider fleet

What you will do

  • Provide quality and timely customer service to our Rider fleet via ticket and over the phone
  • Reach out to customer, vendor and riders via email or phone as needed
  • Simple data entry and record keeping
  • Analyze and suggest improvements to existing procedures and processes
  • Compile rider concerns and suggest preventive measures
  • Participate in building projects for business processes improvement

Minimum Qualifications

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's / College Degree, in any field
  • 2 - 3 years of experience in customer service and the BPO industry
  • Background as a team leader, supervisor or subject matter expert would be an advantage
  • Familiar with ticketing software like Freshdesk or Zendesk
  • Proactive and eager to build projects to improve business processes
  • Required language(s): English, Filipino
  • High-level English proficiency is a must
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills
  • Willing to work 6 days a week
  • Must have accurate and fast typing skills, and excellent listening and responding skills
  • Courteous with strong customer service orientation
  • Must be flexible with the ability to adapt to changes quickly and think conceptually
