For this exciting role, we are looking for Vendor Support Team Lead!

What’s on the menu for you to do:

  • You will help the Vendor Support Team in managing the vendor asset inventory, configurations, deliveries, and/or troubleshooting
  • You will work cross-functionally with other teams like Sales, Sales Ops, Finance, but mostly with the Account Management Team to help support vendors' day-to-day operations
  • You will lead a Team of at least 10 people, situated in Manila, Cebu, and Davao respectively
  • You should have the ability to lead by example, have a high level of expertise, professionalism, and can step in for the Vendor Support Specialists when there is an escalation/as needed
  • Utilize Salesforce and other tools to maximize Team efficiency and effectivity
  • Provide timely and accurate forecasts and targets, especially relating to asset inventories
  • Hire, train, and develop Vendor Support Specialists
  • Execute appropriate internal and external processes and policies
  • Other tasks that may be assigned by the Vendor Operations Manager and/or Head of Account Manager & Partner Relations to ensure KPI achievement

Minimum Qualifications

What will make you a great match:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, Statistics, Information Technology, Management or equivalent
  • Experience in leading a team in the Quality Analytics or Technical Support field
  • Minimum of 3 years in a fast-paced business environment
  • Relevant experience in optimizing processes
  • Strong leadership and analytical skills to ensure both short- and long-term business goals, objectives, and targets are met
  • Experience with Salesforce and other CRM tools and systems is preferred
  • Strong communication skills in English and Filipino.
