However this doesn’t happen without some really awesome people making it happen! We are currently looking for a Customer Service Analyst to join our team in our Manila office!
The Customer Service Analyst will act as the key representative on improving compliance policy and cross department project. You will be fully responsible on developing & reviewing the ever-improved customer service standard with Our Customer Service Center, to ensure the high standard of customer experience. Plus, you shall manage various company’s project as central liaison between internal and external.
What’s on your menu?
- Work closely with customer service team to review and improve on customers’ experience
- Maintain and monitor the implementation of SOPs, guidelines and other compliance procedures by customer service agents
- Responsible for providing regular quality assessment on customer interactions with CS agents
- Constantly re-evaluate and identify process gaps and recommends corrective actions
- Disseminate compliance-related information and publication to all relevant units or departments
- Provide support and advise to commercial and operations units on compliance-related matters
- Responsible for project management and serve as key person liaison between internal and external work counterparts
- Manage all aspects of the projects from development, implementation and post-implementation includes project schedule planning, resource planning, vendor management and budget management
- Perform data analysis and interpretation for customer related operation

Minimum Qualifications
What do you bring to the table?
- A Bachelor’s degree in business or related areas
- 2 years relevant experience, preferably in Customer Service or Project Management
- Detail oriented and motivated with the ability to work independently and multi-task
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fluency in both English and Cantonese
- Experience in delivering client-focused solutions
