Job Description

Sales and Marketing

  1. Actively gets involved in sales activities
  2. Meets overall budgeted sales and profit margin by soliciting, evaluating, selling and confirming business
  3. Leads and directs the Marketing programs and activities of the Company
  4. Achieves revenue goals by developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies
  5. Optimasation of Squadzip App as business productivity tool in terms of account management, productivity report and data analysis.
  6. Strictly monitor Squadzip Reporting of all BDS
  7. Update and monitor Sales Team of their MTD (Month to Date) Sales Performance
  8. Administers career development of Sales

Communication

  1. Builds and promotes effective communication and teamwork
  2. Attends Relevant Meetings

Administration

  1. Manages credit terms and credit limit per account to avoid past due and bad accounts
  2. Records Management
  3. Ensures client satisfaction and Company profit by overseeing various departments' activities related to booked business

Human Resource

  1. Recruitment, Selection and On Boarding
  2. Employee Relation
  3. Organizational Development

Minimum Qualifications

  • Job Specifications:

    Education:

    Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field.

    Experience:

    At least five (5) years of equivalent experience.

    Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
  • Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
  • Market knowledge.
  • Time management, detail oriented and planning skills.
  • Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.
  • Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
  • Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
  • Developing quotes and proposals for clients.
  • Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met.
  • Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills.
  • Ability to investigate and analyze current activities or information in the sales/marketing filed and make logical conclusions and recommendations.
  • Ability to demonstrate outstanding leadership skills as well as impeccable associate and customer relations.
  • Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
