Accounts Receivable Specialist  

1. Accounts Receivable Tasks
   1. Posts customer payments by recording cash and checks
   2. Resolves valid or authorized deductions by entering adjusting entries
   3. Resolves collections by examining customer payment plans, payment history, credit line; coordinating contact with collections department.
   4. Obtains revenue by verifying transaction information; computing charges and refunds; preparing and mailing invoices; identifying delinquent accounts and insufficient payments
   5. Prepares Sales Invoice and Delivery Receipts based on approved Sales Order.
   6. Monitor Aging Receivables and send SOA to customers with the assistance of the BDS or via email directly to the customers
   7. May be assigned to follow up collection to customers
   8. Accomplish Order Fulfillment Tracking Report
2. Records Management

2.1 Maintains financial historical records by filing accounting document

3. Inventory Management

3.2 Reconcile Month End Inventory based from MYOB vs. Physical Count

Job Specifications:

Education: Bachelor’s Degree of Finance, Accountancy, Banking, Business Studies, Management or equivalent

Experience: At least 2 years working experience in the related field

Qualifications: Good communication and interpersonal skills, Proficient in MS Office, Familiar with Accounting System
