Job Description
- Accounts Payable Tasks
- Check completeness and accuracy of supporting documents like original invoice and purchase order, emergency order lists before processing payments.
- File invoices, purchase orders and emergency order slips until they are due for payment. Verifies vendor statements and traces missing invoices before processing payments.
- Prepare voucher and summary of disbursement
- Charges expenses to accounts and cost centers by analyzing invoice/expense reports; recording entries of Suppliers and other related documentation
- Reconciles processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balance like paid and unpaid payables
- Receive documentations from the warehouse. Encoding of Receiving Report and other related documents
- Update Records of Landed Cost
Minimum Qualifications
Job Specifications:
Education: Bachelor’s Degree of Finance, Accountancy, Banking, Business Studies, Management or equivalent
Experience: At least 2 years working experience in the related field
Qualifications: Good communication and interpersonal skills, Proficient in MS Office, Familiar with Accounting System
