Head of Acquisition  

- Fully In charge for Site Acquisitions

• Assessment of buildings and other possible locations through on-site visits
• Oversees sites to ensure projects, stay on schedules, within budget, and records are kept properly
• Meets with building owners/administrators/ property managers
• Negotiates the terms of agreement
• Prepares and finalizes the contracts

- Establishes and maintain effective working relationship with building owners, administrators and property managers.

• Contract Renewal.
• Provide high quality and extra mile service in order to build strong relationships with partners

- Basic competitive intelligence

• Conducts research and necessary ocular visits to competitors sites.
• Gathers and reports information about competitor offerings and activities.
• Recommends possible strategies to be competitive in the industry.

- Development of new networks

- Supports the initiatives of other departments

• Education/ Certification: Bachelor's or College Degree, preferably in any Law-related, Advertising, or Business course.
• With basic knowledge and exposure in media and advertising agencies
• Adept on Microsoft applications, especially in doing service contracts and agreements
• Willing to do fieldwork.
• Experience Required: At least 1-year working experience in the same field, or with at least 2 years legal background.
• Functional Competencies: With good communication skills. Able to relate well with clients, building owners and building administration.
• Behavioral Competencies: Of good moral character, team player, and hardworking. Has the sense of urgency and can do multi-tasks.
