Job Description
- Reports to the HR Supervisor.
- Carries-out HR related matters pertaining but not limited to medical concerns, timekeeping processing, benefits administration, recruitment and employee relations.
- Perform other tasks that may be assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
- 1 year relevant experience as Company Nurse in a corporate setting, is an advantage.
- 1 year relevant experience in HR areas, such as Recruitment and/ or Benefits Administration.
- Has high inititative and willingness to learn.
- Result-oriented, organized, and flexible in dealing with work-related concerns and people .
- Excellent written and communication skills.
- Positive attitude is a must.
- Fresh graduates from the top 15% of their batch are encouraged to apply.
