Job Description
The Purchasing Associate shall be primarily responsible for the following:
- Obtaining purchase requirements by verifying, preparing, and forwarding purchase orders
- Scheduling delivery
- Conducting verification of receipt of items
- Authorizing payments
- Sourcing and accrediting of suppliers locally and globally
- Conducting supplier's audit
- Collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends to provide purchase planning and control information.
Minimum Qualifications
- To be considered for this position, the candidate must meet the following requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's / College Degree from any reputable University
- Preferably with work experience in Purchasing
- Applicants must be willing to work in BGC
