The Human Resource Supervisor position is primarily responsible for managing the day-to- day operations of the Human Resources Department. Primarily responsible for the Benefits and Employee Services function of the HR Team
Duties and Responsibilities
- Oversee Benefits and Employee Services function for Human Resources Team.
- Supervise Timekeeping for Payroll processing.
- Ensures data for government reports such as withholding taxes, alphalist, SSS,Pagibig, Philhealth are accurate.
- Sees to it that Records Management is up-to-date.
- Overseees Web maintenance and updating of HRIS.
Minimum Qualifications
We are looking for a self-motivated and capable generalist, who understands the importance and responsibilities of the Human Resources function. This person:
- A graduate of a college degree in Human Resources, Behavioral Science, or Business
- Can communicate effectively with staff, managers, and individuals outside of the department at all levels of the
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to details
- Has excellent written and verbal communication skills
- 3 to 5 years supervisory experience handling different HR functional areas
- Possesses above average Excel and Microsoft Office applications skills
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
