Job Description
- Primarily responsible for the general operations of the entire stores assigned and the employees that work within, maintains operational budget and coordinate with and reports to Sales Operations Head.
- Responsible for making sure that sales targets of stores are met within the designated sales areas or territory.
- Creates sales strategies of each store and implements through the Store Managers. Develops market mapping within the assigned territory.
- Develops a close relationship with all the stores major accounts to grow the business organically and find new customers.
- Maintains expertise in understanding the products, market area, trends, opportunities and competitive activity; maintain awareness of competitors’ activities. Provides feedback to top management on pricing, potential Business, and target market.
- Monitors stores sales data and keeps abreast with current market trends and customer needs.
- Monitors daily stores’ sales and profits and prepares store account profiles for necessary analysis.
- Ensures the daily stocks of stores assigned to cater the needs of stores and its customers.
- Keeps store personnel and direct reports well informed of store schedules and order supplies.
- Mentors and coaches all store personnel within the area/territory assigned to him.
- Perform other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
Minimum Qualifications
- At least 3 to 5 years work experience in the same field or related field and within the same level;
- A graduate of any 4-year business course; an MBA course is an advantage;
- Proven skills and ability to execute company standards successfully;
- Proven leadership skills;
- Highly analytical and possess good judgment and decision-making skills;
- Strong verbal and communication skills;
- Customer service driven
