Job Description
This position includes managing existing inventory of the marketplace in the Philippines and providing support to partnership teams across the region. The Partnership Manager should also be on the constant look out for new coworking spaces, serviced offices, and event venues. He/She should have a good understanding of the market and the numerous macroeconomic factors affecting flexible office space supply and demand. Strong interpersonal skills are required as the job entails meeting with landlords, office managers, and top executives of varying industries.Good organization and multi tasking skills are needed to ensure that agreements are executed, targets are met, and monthly reports are created within deadline.
