Job Description
Reporting to the VP of Marketing and Product Development, the Digital Marketing Manager plays a key role at FlySpaces. This is an exciting and challenging opportunity to join the leading coworking and flexible workspace booking platform in Southeast Asia. You will have the opportunity to define campaigns, branding, and engagement strategies. You will be a central part of the FlySpaces team.
You will be expected to lead and manage 3 key areas:
Digital Marketing:
- Oversee all inbound marketing campaigns and automation in Hubspot
- Develop and oversee all promotional campaigns and brand materials with support from Graphics and UX team members. This will include space partner promotions, video creation, printed materials, brand decks, and many others
- Develop strategies and tactics for communicating with contacts along the inbound marketing funnel TOFU > BOFU
SEM/SEO:
- Oversee and lead all paid campaign integrations, with support from Performance Marketing Manager.
- Create Facebook ad campaigns
- develop, modify, and track success of paid campaigns
Content Management:
- Develop overall content strategy, defining the FlySpaces brand and voice
- With support of the Content Manager, oversee planning and implementation of the content calendar across all brand channels
- Write, edit, and oversee the writing of blogs, emails, social posts, and webpages
As the Digital Marketing Manager you will be expected to not only fulfill the above duties, but help in all and any areas needed, which could include PR, events, and many others. Within a startup you will have the opportunity to grow and impact multiple areas of business. The ideal candidate will be able to seamlessly multitask, deliver high quality outputs individually, and manage high quality collective outputs via their team. This role has the possibility of team management depending on experience.
Minimum Qualifications
- At least 3 years experience working a digital marketing environment
- Experience creating promotional and brand materials for web
- Demonstrated understanding of website UX and app UI
- Experience in creating and managing digital ad campaigns (SEM, Facebook)
- Experience using Hubspot for marketing and CRM software is considered an asset
- Experience in managing and coordinating small teams
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Excellent communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
