Job Description
Job Summary:
- Primary responsible for expanding and maintaining the sales performance of the assigned retail group.
- Ensures all sales programs are successfully executed, implementing consistently the policies, strict alignment with the marketing programs.
- Identifying critical requirements needed by his/her region to achieve its performance scorecard, KRAs and KPIs.
- Provide sound and relevant recommendations that will help achieve sales target objectives
- Execution of sales and distribution strategies and programs, collection efficiency, minimize sales returns and adherence to department budgets.
Minimum Qualifications
Qualifications:
1. Knowledge
Knowledge of principles and methods of promoting and selling products and services (marketing strategy and tactics, product demonstration, sales techniques and control systems.);
- Must have actual experience managing national key accounts;
- With working background handling food, non-food and health care accounts;
- Knowledge of principles and practices on customer and personal service-customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, evaluation of customer satisfaction.
- Product knowledge - knowledge of product range including successful matching of client needs to appropriate products/solutions.
- Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word processing, managing files and records, and other office procedures.
- Aptitude for working with numbers - basic arithmetic and statistics and their application.
2. Skills
- Organizational skills - contact with management, all levels with personnel in departments, external business relationships, business vendors.
- People skills - interpersonal ability to work with both internal personnel and external contacts.
- Computer proficiency - can operate basic Microsoft Office - Excel, Word and Powerpoint.
- Writing Skills - ability to write standard communication letters.
3. Education
- Must be a graduate of 4-year Business-related course or equivalent from a reputable university.
4. Work Experience
- Must have 1-2 years of actual experience gained in a similar industry
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;

About Fly Ace Corporation
In 1972, Lucio Conchanco Sr. and Ederlina Cochanco, began a family legacy by setting up The Jolly General Merchandise as a retailer of agricultural products. In 1986, the company under the leadership of the Conchanco siblings, evolved as an active trading enterprise dealing in fast moving consumer goods.
Fly Ace Corporation was incorporated in 1993. The company first ventured into its first owned brand with canned vegetables and packaged fruits under the JOLLY brand in 1997. This was followed by several other company owned brands to include Mediterranean products under the Dona Elena brand, oriental food products under the Good Life brand and Milk products under the Jolly Cow brand.
From a small office in Binondo, Manila, the company is now housed in its own headquarters, the Fly Ace Corporate Center, in Central Business Park, Pasay City. From having two employees, Fly Ace now employs more than two hundred professionals, all experts in their respective fields.
