Job Description
Job Summary:
The Trade Marketing Specialist reports to the Associate Category Trade Marketing Manager. He or She will champion Wines Category with the supervision of ACTMM. End to end Project Management of planning, coordination, creation of TMS with analysis of Market movements and influence execution and monitoring of programs. Analysis of Category performance and Program achievement is also essential.
Key Job Responsibilities:
- Creates Trade Marketing Support documentation, execution and monitoring of programs.
- Monitors, analyzes, coordinates and manages Listing Fees.
- Support Wines category and assist in some Oils and Medlines Tasks.
- Analyzes Category movements, Process accruals, budget appropriations and other administrative reports.
- Collaborate with logistics, merchandising department, marketing, finance and most importantly sales.
- He/she should also do fieldwork and competitor analysis.
- Responsible for troubleshooting ad hoc concerns of sales.
- Responsible for the first filter of all coordination. He/she should be able to coordinate concerns to respective departments.
Minimum Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in graphics or related field
- Collaborative, Optimistic, Self-Confident, Creative and Result and Goal Oriented
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel & Microsoft PowerPoint
- Should have an Entrepreneurial Mindset and could analyze market movements and other research materials like Nielsen.
- Strong communication skills

In 1972, Lucio Conchanco Sr. and Ederlina Cochanco, began a family legacy by setting up The Jolly General Merchandise as a retailer of agricultural products. In 1986, the company under the leadership of the Conchanco siblings, evolved as an active trading enterprise dealing in fast moving consumer goods.
Fly Ace Corporation was incorporated in 1993. The company first ventured into its first owned brand with canned vegetables and packaged fruits under the JOLLY brand in 1997. This was followed by several other company owned brands to include Mediterranean products under the Dona Elena brand, oriental food products under the Good Life brand and Milk products under the Jolly Cow brand.
From a small office in Binondo, Manila, the company is now housed in its own headquarters, the Fly Ace Corporate Center, in Central Business Park, Pasay City. From having two employees, Fly Ace now employs more than two hundred professionals, all experts in their respective fields.
