Job Description
- Develop and track long-term sales data, KPIs, and reporting to support the achievement of objectives
- Implement new technologies as needed to support sales teams
- Assist marketing teams in determining customer outreach methods
- Make sure the members of the sales team achieve the targets
- Continuously drive process and operational improvements
Minimum Qualifications
- 2-3 years work experience as sales operations and development in SaaS company (preferred)
- Critical and analytical thinking with strong problem-solving skill
- Ability to perform advanced computing functions
- Familiarity with databases and sales software, Microsoft Office including Access and Excel
- Strong communication skills
- Grit, strong interpersonal, and ability to work independently with limited authority
- Familiar and have good knowledge in fintech industry/business model
