Job Description
- Oversee and manage the personnel of the Hub Industrial Engineering tea,
- Regularly analyze relevant data to change, improve and adapt machine processes to make them safer, lower costs, and more efficient and present to Management
- Oversee the subordinates' work skills to perform support tasks in the most efficient way and achieve the core goals of the organization
- Inspect all machinery and equipment in the hub
- Oversee the preventive maintenance schedules of all equipment and machinery in the hub
- Check the electrical systems inside the warehouse
- Provide maintenance reports for member of Hub management.
Minimum Qualifications
- Must be Fluent in Mandarin;
- Strong logical thinking;
- Excellent managerial skills;
- Excellent analytical skills.
- Logistics work experience is a plus.
