Job Description
- Managing sales performance to meet/exceed the sales target and business expectations and ensure it’s in line with the business direction.
- Create positive business relationships with new and existing customers through client visits and project bidding.
- Forecasting sales and setting sales targets as well as forecasting and managing costs and budgetary requirements to ensure maximum sales management efficiency.
- Monitoring overall sales volume as well as market trends and competitors.
- Provide support for the sales team, manage the team schedule, and allocate team resources to meet sales objectives of the company.
- Report on weekly monthly and quarterly sales performance.
- Conduct performance management and feedback to ensure professional and timely review of set objectives with each member of the team.
- Instruct regular on the job training sessions, including communication, troubleshooting skills, new products, system use and policies or process to the sales team.
Minimum Qualifications
- Must have at least 3-5 years experience related.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
- Willing to work on-site from Mondays to Saturdays.
- Strong personality
- Field work/area: Visayas & Mindanao
- willing to work 6 days (Monday-Saturday)
- Area of assignment: Robinson Cyber Sigma Building, Lawton Ave, McKinley West, Taguig City
