Job Description
- Control the all activities, facilities, manpower and equipment to work efficiently and control loss & damaged.
- Analyze all problems and performance to prepare reports and purpose solutions for solving problems, cost control and improve work efficiency.
- Manage manpower of team including staff scheduling, performance evaluation, operational resource support in order to work smoothly and efficiently.
- Ensure the division is staffed with competent people capable in their current position whilst being prepared and developed for the challenges of the future
- Follow up the new technique and analyze overall problem of Hub Operations in order to improve effective strategies and working processes.
- Other tasks as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor degree or higher in course related to logistics, Supply chain or related fields.
- At least 3-5 years working experience in Hub Operation, Express industry or related fields.
- Strong computer skills, especially in excel (Pivot, VLOOKUP) and Power point.
- Communicate in English or Chinese is a plus.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Good managerial skill, mature, proactive, highly responsible, adaptable and result oriented.
- Analytical skills.
- Flexibility working hours.
