Job Description
- Provide administrative reports to the Administrative Head to ensure efficient administrative operations.
- Provide administrative and clerical support to the other departments of the company.
- Be in-charge of filing important documents and sort them in an organized way.
Minimum Qualifications
- Knowledge in Accounting or Finance is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, Word, and Powerpoint.
- Good verbal and listening communication skills.
- Highly organized and detail oriented.
- Has high tolerance for stress.
- Attention to details and high level of accuracy.
