- Prepare and check Cash Sales and Collection Report
- Prepare and check other mode of payments report
- Validate deposit slips (collection vs bank statement)
- Maintain other sales records
- Prepare Cash Receipts Book and other supporting schedule
- Record and summarize Pay-ins and sales breakdown
- Check and monitor Credit Card transactions and settlement
- Prepare Costing Summary
- Check and monitor Shortages and Overages
- Proper documentation and filing of Sales Report
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of Bachelor's degree in Accountancy.
- Preferably Female.
- CPA is an advantage.
- Experience in the field of bookkeeping and receivables is an advantage but fresh graduates will also be considered.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Mature and independent.
- Diligent, honest, and trustworthy.
