- Check daily inventory movement and balances of finished goods in warehouse.
- Conduct regular physical count of stocks on hand.
- Check the accuracy of accounting inventory report, per system and actual physical count.
- Evaluate the status of stocks on hand.
- Check and monitor the re-order level.
- Check the stock requisition.
- Monitor the expiration dates of products and submit monthly reports.
- Monitor the issuance of accountable forms related to inventory.
- Strictly implement the proper receiving, releasing, and warehousing of products.
- Make assessments/ recommendations in the management of stocks.
Minimum Qualifications
- Preferably Female.
- A graduate of a 4-year Business course such as:
- Accounting
- Management
- Business Administration
- Experience in inventory or in the same capacity is an advantage.
- Fresh graduate with good academic standing will also be considered.
- Good communication skills both oral and written.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Mature and can work with minimum supervision.
