The Junior Executive Assistant works within the Executive Office particularly at the Office of the President and provides efficient and high quality support to the management.
Detailed Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist the Executive Assistant to the President
- Receives and disseminates all Executive Office correspondence, billing statements and bills payment.
- Answers phone inquiries / screens and transfer all Executive Office phone calls.
- Coordinates, screens all proposals and other requests (Sponsorship, Awards, Meetings) for all Executive Office personnel.
- Performs any other tasks that may be assigned by immediate superior.
Minimum Qualifications
- College graduate, preferably a business course;
- Experience in the same capacity including administrative and clerical work;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Keen decision making skills;
- Proactive and results-oriented;
- Customer-oriented;
