- Facilitate the verification of payment.
- Coordinates with the center owner, coordinators, and leaders regarding daily pay-in.
- Monitoring all registrations of local and global.
- Monitoring of purchase requirements for compliance.
- Monitors all shipments from origin to destination to ensure on-time delivery and client satisfaction.
- Answering all the International I-OPs queries.
- Handling all transactions of Overseas Product Center.
- Provides information to all Global dealers regarding their day to day transaction.
- Update / Feedback to all Global Transactions.
- Provides an accurate timeframe for shipment of the Global transactions.
Minimum Qualifications
- A graduate of Business Administration major in Marketing or Management.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Good written and oral communication skills and good command of the English language.
- Proactive, results-oriented, systematic, and organized.
- Customer-oriented and have excellent people skils.
