- Conduct benchmarking activities in order to align the company's compensation and benefits program.
- Develop a consistent compensation philosophy in line with work culture and organizational objectives.
- Ensure that compensation practices are in compliance with current legislation (pay equity, human rights, etc.).
- Use various methods and techniques and make data based decisions on cash and non-cash benefits.
- Participate in salary and labor market surveys to determine prevailing pay rates and benefits.
- Formulate policies and procedures.
- Compute labor cost, evaluate job functions, and prepare salary reviews and recommendation.
- Handle wage and salary administration.
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of any 4-year course.
- At least 2 years of experience in compensation and benefits, payroll, and government reportorial requirements.
- Knowledgeable in government regulations and laws affecting salaries, wage, and benefits.
- Good analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Keen to details and can work with minimum supervision.
