- Prepares and submits daily cash position reports to ensure the prudent handling of collections and investments of funds
- Ensures that company funds are monitored, properly accounted for, and intact
- Prepares and releases checks to suppliers, contractors, and employees
- Ensures that important documents such as blank cheques, bank books, etc. are accessible to authorized personnel only, and are properly safe-kept after office hours
- Ensures that the cash balance in the books equals to cash on hand plus cash in bank plus deposit in transit less outstanding checks
- Fosters existing banking relationships
- Files all treasury documents, internal and external memos, and other pertinent documents for reference
- Issues official receipts (ORs) and ensures the prompt deposit of collections
- Follows up collections to ensure receivables are collected on time
- Coordinates with third parties handling outsourced billing and OR issuance in behalf of the company
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of B.S. Accountancy, Finance, or Business Administration
- At least two (2) years of experience in Accounting and Treasury
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
