First Philippine Industrial Park is looking for a Residential Operations Manager who will manage the day-to-day operations of the assigned properties from the Commercial Property Group. You will oversee all maintenance and repairs of the properties, manage house staff and groundskeepers, and coordinate events and functions. He/she is responsible for ensuring the safety of the lessees and guests and enforces the properties’ rules and regulations. You will also ensure that the properties’ expenses are within budget and that the leases are paid based on the lease terms and conditions. You will participate in the development of new properties by providing consultancy to Property and Operations management concerns.
What you'll be doing:
Property Management
- Reviews/recommends property rules and regulations
- Ensures compliance to property rules and regulations
- Maintains 95%-100% uptime for all equipment
- Ensures timely implementation of the Property Management initiatives
- Ensures safety and security of all the lessees and guests
Budget and Revenue Management
- Ensures that the properties’ expenses are within budget
- Ensures that the leases are paid based on the lease terms and conditions
Customer Service
- Monitors and attends to customer feedback and concerns
- Ensures that the set customer satisfaction rating is achieved
Regulatory Compliance
- Ensures 100% compliance to permits, contracts, and licenses
Minimum Qualifications
What we're looking for:
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering
- Master’s Degree is an advantage
- At least 10 years of experience in property operations and administration and customer relations
- At least 5 years of experience as supervisor or similar capacity
