Job Description
First Philippine Industrial Park is looking for a Finance Analyst who will be conducting financial analysis, developing, and preparing the organization’s financial plans and budget. You will provide financial advice and support for FPIP and subsidiaries to make sound business decisions. You will achieve customer service delight in every opportunity of interaction with guests, locators, prospects, and service providers.
What you'll be doing:
Finance
- Analyzes profit-and-loss income statements, and prepares reports and recommendations to management
- Researches economic progressions to assist the organization’s financial planning
- Analyzes changes in the financials and advises possible alternative course of action
- Develops financial management mechanisms that minimize financial risk
- Prepares financial models and presentation slides of business/projects that FPIP and the subsidiaries are interested in entering
Budgeting
- Prepares budgets for FPIP and its subsidiaries
- Generates forecasts and analyzes trends in sales, operations, finance, and other areas of business
- Updates budget as required by management
Other Projects
- Performs other duties required by superior from time to time
Minimum Qualifications
What we're looking for:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Finance, Economics, or Accounting
- A Certified Public Accountant is an advantage
- At least two (2) years of work experience in financial modeling, valuation, or similar field
- With exposure in service-oriented organization
- Good data organization and management
- Expertise in people management, human networking and relationship building
- Strong Analytical and problem-solving skills and effectively able to troubleshoot and prioritize needs, requirements, and other issues

- Communicates effectively with executives, employees, service providers and other support groups
