Voucher Preparation
- Prepares Accounts Payable Voucher (APV) in accordance with Procedure on Voucher Preparation – Disbursement
- Files all APVs
- Updates and maintains subsidiary ledgers for operating expenses
Check Preparation
- Assists in processing, releasing and posting of checks in accordance with procedure on Check Preparation Disbursement
- Billing and Statement of Account (SA) Preparation
- Prepares billing and statement of accounts in accordance with procedure on billing preparation
- Prepares quarterly statement of accounts for employees
- Prepares other valid charges for billing to concern locators
- Updates and maintains subsidiary ledgers for all locators
Financial Statements (FS) Preparation
- Prepares financial statements of the company; ensures compliance in meeting monthly FS deadline set by the First Philippine Holdings and Sumitomo Corporation
- Prepares monthly journal entries for prepaid expenses, fixed assets, software and other adjustments for the period
- Updates and maintains subsidiary ledgers for prepaid expenses, fixed assets, software and other related accounts
- Assists in the preparation of budget
- Provides financial information beneficial to the company
BIR and other LGU’s reportorial; requirements
- Prepares BIR reportorial requirements (Expanded Withholding Tax, VAT, FBT and quarterly income tax), financial reports required by other government agencies (e.g., PEZA, SEC).
- Summarizes Quarterly Expanded Withholding Tax
- File annual business permit to the local government unit of Pasig City for FPIP
- Maintains schedules of EWT and other related accounts
- Prepares and release Certificate of creditable tax to concern suppliers as needed
Administrative Support
- Files all accounting documents, internal and external memos and other pertinent documents for reference
- Prepares data needed for annual budget preparation
- Prepares and coordinates necessary schedules needed by auditors (internal and external) during the conduct of scheduled audit
- Prepares business letters, schedules and other documents as may be required by Immediate Superior
- Assists in the conduct of physical inventory as scheduled
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of B.S. Accountancy
- Preferably a Certified Public Accountant
- With at least one (1) year experience in Accounting function
- With initiative
