Program Management
- Build a foundation for digital strategy to enable and support FPIP’s business strategy that would raise long term Business Productivity revenue growth
- Work closely with PMO and ensure a strong business case amongst projects.
Solutions Provider
- Define Digital Strategy and ensure integration amongst all Projects
- Ensure Projects are aligned with overall Digital Strategy
- Ensure successful deployment of selected IT technologies and solutions by coordinating with FPH/FGEN IT
- Ensures that all requirements of the different users are taken into consideration when designing IT solutions/services especially when it comes to delivering support and / or implementing projects
- Review & recommend new technologies to the organization.
- Ensure that IT security policies/guidelines are enforced
Service Management
- Collaborate with different departments of FPIP to ensure that their processes and solutions are aligned with FPH/FGEN IT Standards
- Recommend process improvements both in business units and within IT, as a means to increase efficiency, productivity, and cost savings
- Act as a single point of contact between IT / Business Units / Partner-Vendor. Act as an escalation point for all requests and incidents. Determine root cause of issues and communicate appropriately to internal and external customers.
- Review and continuously improve policies and procedures in IT based on user experience and work closely with other stakeholders (eg. Procurement, HR, Accounting, etc).
Other Projects
- Deep involvement in digital projects either as project manager or SME
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering
- Certified Information Systems Auditor is a plus
- ITIL certification is a plus
- Agile, Scrum certification is a plus
- 10+ years of comparable work experience
- Has experience leading and implementing transformational and/or integration projects (eg. process integration, data integration, technical/system integration)
- Has experience in presenting to top management (eg. Mancom level)
- Experienced in project or program management (certifications is a plus)
- Highly analytical and effectively able to prioritize needs, requirements, and other issues
- Should have excellent communication and presentation skills, teamwork, leadership and conflict management skills
- Can deliver persuasive presentations to both technical and business decision makers, have strong virtual teaming abilities, and be knowledgeable in strategic planning, risk analysis and business justification.
