- Assists in planning appointments, board meetings, and conferences of the executives
- Receives and screens phone calls and redirect them when appropriate
- Handles and prioritizes all outgoing or incoming correspondences (email, letters, packages) of the executives
- Makes travel arrangements for the executives
- Maintains electronic and paper records ensuring information is organized and easily accessible
- Conducts research and prepares presentations or reports as assigned
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of any four (4)-year course
- With at least three (3) years of experience as an executive secretary
- With very good interpersonal skills
- Well-organized
- Has a strong sense of responsibility
- Has good communication skills
- Can multi-task
