Job Description
- Ensure recruitment practices are in line with corporate strategies and busines s objective
- Manage external advertising and third party providers
- Provide support to hiring managers on best practice recruitment and selection activities and solutions relating to hiring issues
- Conduct calibration with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, define job roles and responsibilities of positions to be filled
- Identify recruitment tools to be used and to deliver high quality candidates to reduce the turn-around time and hiring costs
Minimum Qualifications
- With a minimum of 2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition and recruitment
- Knowledgeable in the end to end process of recruitment
- Highly organized and detail oriented
- Has an extensive skills and a vast network in talent sourcing
- HIgh energy level with good interpersonal and relationship building skills
- Ability to work under pressure, chellenging working environment and meeting tight recruitment deadlines

Overview
First Philec was officially registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission on July 8, 2004 to serve as an intermediate holding company for all manufacturing investments of its parent company, FPH.
